Muslims' beliefs are rooted in the Quran and the Hadith (the sayings and actions of Prophet Muhammad).
- Tawhid (Oneness of God): Muslims believe Allah is one, unique, and indivisible. He has no partners, associates, or equals. This belief is the foundation of Islam and is emphasized in the Quran.- Angels (Malaika): Angels are spiritual beings created from light. They carry out Allah's commands, such as delivering revelations to prophets and recording human deeds.
- Holy Books (Kutub): Muslims believe the Quran is the final revelation, while previous scriptures (Torah, Psalms, Gospel) were also from Allah but have been altered or lost over time.
- Prophets (Nabiyyun): Muslims believe prophets were chosen by Allah to guide humanity. Muhammad is the final prophet, and his message is universal and timeless.
- Day of Judgment (Qiyam al-Layy): Muslims believe in a final judgment, where individuals will be held accountable for their actions. The righteous will be rewarded with paradise, while the wicked will be punished in hell.
- Predestination (Qadar): Muslims believe Allah has knowledge of everything, past, present, and future. While humans have free will, Allah's knowledge and power are supreme.
